My 172 was an import and I never once had any problems getting work done on it.
It was in and out for warrenty work on a regular basis at one point, and the dealer actually put themselves out to fix one of the issues, but of course failed!!
They were always more than happy to work on it.
Same here. When I first got the 172 I left it on all the time, then once I started to give it some stick I switched it off. Now when I get in the 182 I usually switch it off no matter how Im driving, you never know when you might want to really give it some and to have that interrupt is always...
I dont think it happened in my 172, as it just wasnt stiff enough. The first time I took the 182 out for a good thrash we stopped and y0z commented how often I was doing it. :D You can sort of feel it go when it does.
Mine hesitates and then rarely starts first time!
There is a supplement in the manual which gives the tyre pressures. 33 PSI front 30 PSI rear. Sorry I dont know what that equates to in bar.

qwerty, its not the VVT that gives the kick, its the cams becoming there most efficient or something like that. If you search fot it there have been lots of posts on that.
Ruprect, Renault charge £70 for an oil and filter change. :o
It amazes me how people dont take more care when buying the second most expensive thing they are likely to buy!!
omar, do a search for pre reg problems. Somoeone posted about this. It has something to do with the dealer not being allowed to transfer the car over to your name for 3 months or...
Seriously, I couldnt shift my 03 Monaco Blue import privately for £8.5k. Theres lots of them about at the moment. Dealers will still charge a premium but there are loads of good second hand ones for sale privately.
It may be very low mileage but its still on a 51 plate, and that effects it a...
I have been for good few miles now Liam. I took it too easy on my 172 so this one has had things done a little harder. Easy for the first 200 miles, then the odd blast building up until I hit 600 ish then I started driving it normally most the time. Now I drive how I always have done.
Even once its sooted up the exhaust still has a far more metallic sound than the 172 did. The car is quite alot noiser too, road noise and exhaust noise. When you floor it you can practically hear the gasses beneath you. LOL
Wait until you wash it, the little droplets of water make the paint...
I had a Magnex system on my 172 so that was mainly exhaust note. The 182 seems very quiet in comparison but I quite like hearing the engine note more.
You could try a decent induction kit. Something like a BMC CDA, these give a really good noise. Theres a clip somewhere of Tomclio182s car...
Make sure they give you what its worth. If you think the offer is a little low see how much they are currently selling for and show them proof. That often gets you more if its justified.
Its never nice when a car is written off but to be honest Id not want it back after that anyway. I was...
Look at the technology which they have invested so heavily in, and all the people who would be put out of work if that law was passed!!
Id better start looking at a stealth installation of the radar detector unit.;)
I read that _KDF. They dont want prevention as it stops them cashing in. If...
To be honest I couldnt care less if someone had carved their name into the back of my front bumper. By getting it replaced you are just asking for more problems. Bad colour match, damage to the wings etc. You cant see it so why why bother?
Personally Id rather not risk having something...
Once again they prove that they are more concerned about making money. Couldnt perverting the course of justice in this case be seen as prevention!! If it prevents the crime from taking place then surely thats a good thing.
Ive found my b2 very useful. Im always extra careful when it warns...
