Cost me about 75quid cus I had to have the counter converted to work with my eDIS module. (Mk1, Phase3)
On Mk1 Phase1/2 Clios.. I think they are just a straight swap.
I got rid of my dials like that and got some with a rev counter..
also get the added temperature dial which works.. (oil level dont tho).
I wanted Rev counter mainly.
Hmm, just get an axle with all the brakes currently on.. and everything.
Ok, Discs dont do much better at the back, but they look better! Heh.
Was looking at doing it to mine.. just need one from an RSi.. (no wider track like the 16v)..
Dunno if 172 is wider at the back?
They dont even look at Front Fogs..
I didnt wire mine up till after my MOT and they didnt even try to check them.
Only Rear Fogs are a Requirement.

Maybe I have.. I dunno
I talked myself into a PS2 a few weeks back.. but then back to the PC.. I could get a remote for the PC and use that for DVDs and only bring out the other screen for GPS..
That way, I only need to buy 4 more screens and put them on the PC.. and use the...
I guess, but the whole:
Bring Screen Out
Stick mount on
Attach to Mount
Adjust

So, I have this Computer in my car which does GPS, DVD etc.. and what not.. all through a VGA Touchscreen 7" Screen.. which sits on the dash..
Im thinking about selling all that, and replacing it with..
A Playstation 2 with two Sunvisor screens and two headrest screens.
The PC screen...
Prima Racing - £65.00 unpainted.. no brake light.
They also sell it with brake light.. which is about £90 odd I think.. or at least it was when I got mine.
Think Euro Car Parts also sell the same one, but dunno about prices.
Check out a Haynes manual..
I do advise heavily against doing it if you aint 100% sure.. if something goes bang, Im guessing it wont be cheap..
You contacted any Auto Electricians? I rung round a few places and one wa svery helpful and spoke to me over the phone about it.
You need to have the Tacho converted in the dials to work with an eDIS.. costing roughly £75. Company called Speedy Cables did mine.
You then wire it into the eDIS module. You need to run a cable from the engine bay to behind the dials.. this cable is then cut into a wire going into the...
