I have NEVER come close to 60mpg..
50 just about on a motorway, clear and not moving pedal at all.. just sat there.
46mpg is the best I can get driving places normally, but pedal never goes down more than 1cm..
36 - 38 average.. driving "normally".. which is about, 100 - 110 miles from...
Clifford.
Lots of reasons, add-on modules are CAT1 (I thinka lot of Toad modules invalidate CAT1? Think so) and all that.. plus they good alarms, heh.
I had the same problem when getting mine.. Toad or Clifford.. Went for Clifford and very happy with it.

... is my Powerflow exhaust - been fine.. cost £160 for the backbox.. then I paid another £40 to have it move dup about 3 1/2 inch when the bodykit was put on..
Dude, its different.. myold solid disks.. brake fade lovely up slip roads.. and if you pressed too hard, it locked.
These, you press hard it slows.. press harder it slows more.. its mint.. heh.
Hmm, I have the same.. they used to work mint, now, they struggle to shoot water any more than 2 inches.. its silly. They still kinda work but not very well.
I had one the other day too in my Mk1 Clio.. sounded like the guard in wheel arch was catching wheel but it was perfectly in place when I looked? And it went in a couple of miles?
I did the 16v/Williams Brake upgrade - the difference is amazing!
Cost with Brand New Discs, Brand New Pads (Originals) and Calipers.. just under £110.. well worth it.. so so so much better than the standard ones I had..
£12.50 ex.vat for some pads which are the same as the Renault ones.. aint bad at all.. (thats for the front).
Think two front 16v/Williams Discs and Pads cost about £66..
