If Id kept the Pipercross it would have paid for itself and more by the second service. You just buy the cleaning kit for it and it should last for a very very long time. Im sure reading the instructions for the ITG, that doesnt last as long, but still outlasts an OE filter by 3 to 4 times.

Ill be shifing my ITG panel from my 172 to my 182 when the car arrives. I had a Pipercross in prior to the ITG, but it fell to bits!!

Noel, Ive placed my GPS reciever on the ledge by the right rear window. It gets a perfect lock every time in no time at all. The laser detector is at the base of the windscreen just above the wipers. You can see that in the pictures in the link I posted further up this thread.

I risked using the jacking points!! I was very careful then placed an axle stand under the cross section of the wishbone. You may want to place a large bit of wood in between the jack and the jacking point to spead the load a little, Im sure youve read how they like to bend.

lol, I put mine on the ramps to move my exhaust a while ago and soon gave up. Ill be doing the same as you in a few weeks when I remove it. Sod getting under the car. :D

No, its not. A lot of companies place an age restriction on this. Tesco for instance charge extra for drivers under the age of 25 to be able to drive other peoples cars third party. You need to check your policy or call your insurance company to find out for sure.
