    it might not have been a standard astra turbo, it could have been modified!! if your worried about it ot keeping up with the astra go get a check at renault to be sure!

    the 82 would be worth around £8k ish id say if you cant afford it dude and cant pay your remaining debt then sell it, i wouldnt get another loan to cover you it'll just put you in more debt.

    yeah is about 1k too much, the steering wheels do get worn, mine is badly worn but can get them recovered. the red calipers arent that bad, mine are yellow and look nice!! see if she will drop the price because of the steering wheel and bumper!!

    that depends dude on mileage, a mint condition 172 with around 40k on the clock with full service history can cost about £5.7k but could get one for around £5k or cheaper.
