that will work yes russ, but surely (in a resale sense) it would be better if you're going to the trouble of doing all that then just fit the OE kit. People don't often like to see a butchered dash to make way for fog lights. Also if you opt for that method you will not have the dash display...

from renault it's about £150 for the full kit. Wiring it isn't that difficult providing you're lucky enough to get a Clio that is fully pre-wired. Mine had the cable behind the bumper, but no space in fusebox for new fuse or relay, no wiring to stalk and nothing to the dash lights. I discovered...

I'd check your brake fluid levels. Sounds like the brake pads are worn down allowing more fluid into the system which lowers the level in the reservoir. The bends/turns you mention will be causing the fluid to go to one side of the reservoir making your 'low level' warning light come on.

yes mate they will. Although spacers may be needed so they sit in the same place as on the 182's.

the colour will be different afaik because only the standard renault ones are the same colour. I think you can get a puply one or maybe a greeny one depending on who you use.
