Halfords dont do the Philips ones.. I got mine from Motorworld - but I got it as a pack... not 100% if they sell the Philips ones seperate.. I know they do the Ring ones.. but then, I have never looked! Call in and see.

Insurance often covers ICE, but for a Sub and Amp, and the cost of insurance noadays with no NCD.. (if you havnt got them protected) then its often not worth claiming. Sorry to hear that mate! Daz.
