I see that K-Tec sell brake pads which dont leave much dust and also work well at high temps... anyone used any of these? Daz.

Anyone got the K-Tec ones for the Mk1 Clio? Do they fit straight on aswell? Cus Im looking for some in the near future, and noticed them in the K-Tec Catalogue. Daz.

I have the same engine in my 1997 Clio. Drifting from the topic, they made everything electronic, so getting a rev counter on it was mayhem - I got dials from a 1.4 S (1998) but different ignition system meant I had to have the rev counter converted so that it would work. Nice. Anyway...

Ive noticed in my 1.2 8v, if Im lower than 3k, 3.5krpm then it doesnt do loads, but comes to life afterwards. I thought, though, that 16v arent as torquey as 8v? Im sure I saw someone say that somewhere. Daz.

Yes, I will come - if we get a fair amount of people attending.. Look at Brands, We only need 30 more people and were sorted. Maybe if we got 120, then we could get it a bit cheaper... depending on date though, I will probably be there. Daz.
