They will fit straight on with no messing with wiring etc. Personally i'd leave the standard lights on but go for silvervisions (silver bulbs) etc.

When you cut it, you shove it together & glue it, be sure to put a load of glue on the back of it too. Or if you take it to a bodyshop you could get it plastic welded.

Assuming you talking standard vee wheels, they push in, there is no way that a centre cap can come off, unless you push it from the otherside.
