It would do on a tuned up car, I very much doubt it on a standard car though. If it were too all manufacturers would use it.

Try a search bud, millions of threads on them on here.

Give them a good clean up, then give them two or three coats of paint, it's worth leaving them to dry over night too, before putting the wheels back on & driving the car.

Love, the way it looks. The rareness of it. The noise it makes. The colour of it. Hate, the fact that it could be a lot lot quicker. Crappy (and quite frankly) embarrasing turning circle. The fact that front splitter is so low, so it scrapes all the time. The interiors not that great.
