They are very good for advertising businesses, taxis that advertise have them on, I think the sky vans do too. I'd much rather a proper respray though, opening the car door & it being a different colour looks rubbish.

Lol, they have gone up in price. I read on here the other day that k-tec sell them, they might be a little bit less.

It is yeah, they aren't cheap though. I think a decent one costs a good few thousand (the same or more as a very good respray)

I'd bolt it all down properly, the last thnig you want if you get rear ended is a sub box coming into the car & hitting you on the head. Stuff that for a laugh ! As for wiring it all in, there are a lot of threads on here about it, worth doing a search tbh.

I like the cf ones, but from reading on here they look awful when they pick up stone chips. I'd hold out for a normal one.

In terms of speed they pee on vee's hard ! Standard (turbo) they do 60 in 4.7 secs, a ton in 12.5 secs. Not to mention how well they handle. A remap (30bhp more) is circa £500 There is so much you can do to them, it's pretty endless. I do love my vee, but as a drivers car it just doesn't stand...

Not really, you can have it done within an hour, you will need a mate to hold it though (or your ma or pa etc)
