Why??

Why does the front wheel sit so far back in the arches on vee's? Always think it looks a bit odd. Probably the only fault in the looks dept.

Had a few recently, just started ignoring them.

Done pads/discs, easy job. Not sure on fluid, never done that myself, can't imagine it's too difficult.

Try tyretraders.com or mytyres.co.uk for competitive prices. Got a guy who I always use that matches there prices, always worth asking if your local place will. Rim protection is ok on the f1's, good tyre. I run pressures slightly higher than for the standard tyres as the f1's seem a bit softer...

For the one above, if belts have been done, and if it's mint I'd offer him 2k, walk if he says no.

Getting quite fond of the ghetto look. People look at it and think it's a turd, without realising it's on ast's and can run rings around them. 15wheels go on tomorrow, should be even more fun.

Hate the supercharger whine, but love the cars. Got to thrape a works when they 1st came out, sister in the passenger seat, salesgirl in the back. About 1/2 an hour of back roads later, look in the mirror and the sales girls as white as a sheet. So rapid, I think a works would have no problems...

I bought mine, 5 prev owners, 50k miles, needs bonnet and front wing spraying (currently unpainted) for 2.5k. Mechanically straight. All belts done, but with incomplete service history.

Like most 1*2's, depends on how much it was making stock. I'd be surprised if it was over 180bhp.
