nearly brought these myself (before they were on the forum) but wanted them in leater with the black backs really :( that said, they are awsome ;)
how did you get them back?! bit of a treck i bet!
right sorted! just got 2 4ohm resistors from maplins for 18p!, stuck them in the connectors, job done!
i got the boss from demon tweeks, but been waiting for it for NINE weeks :( (problems with momo themselves) it did have a resistor with the kit, but only one for some reason?!
pics to follow
right got my momo fitted to my cup, excellent feel and in the 320mm size :approve:
now when i ordered my boss i got the one with the airbag resistor plug (to turn off the dash lights), but in the kit there is just one resistor, and also shown in the instructions.... but my car has TWO airbag...
well mines been on H&R's for well over a year, so can't remember what it was like before. I would advise getting the tracking and camber set up now as it'll be all to c**k!
how mine sits with the gaz rear set up....^ (currently)
how it sat wiith the h&r set up (last summer ish)
go outside and give the exhaust a good rattle round from the rear box, you'll probably hear it knocking..... is it aftermarket?
well i brought some gaz springs and platforms off ebay, as these lowere a good 10mm or so more than the h&R set up. I think the platform arrangement on the H&R is poor compared to the gaz/fk set up
other than that your looking at custom springs
the rears don't lower that much tbh...... . If its from the rear its most probably the exhaust hitting the rear beam when you go over bumps..... mine took abit of fettling to stop. Its also more apparent if you have an aftermarket exhaust fitted
thats interesting, the one on the right is what mine looks like (2002 cup)
i remember on the punto turbos had this, you had a gt1, (original) then a gt2, then a gt3 The gt2 was a combination of parts from the 2 or 3. Ie engine could be a gt1 or 3, and calipers etc
b*****d to get parts for...
