It is possible - you need to make MDF rings to fix the speaker to;
then trim it with fibreglass to tidy up your door
Hope there's a guide as I have 16.5cm Focals to go into my doors too :)
It does indeed, been to Renault countless times to get it "looked at" with little or no luck
It has got to a stage where I'm thinking the creaking is comming from the roof itself;
next chance I get I'll have the headcloth down and the Dynamat Xtreme up :lolup:
I am putting Dynamat in anyway...
I took my rear bar and seats out the other day and the roof seemed o have settled a bit
Hoping that I had almost cured the worlds most annoying noise - it has come back :mad:
If the noise is caused by the roof "flexing" what could be used to deaden it?
I've just replaced my bulbs and noticed my bonnet alignment out of place.
It is sitting up a lot more on the passenger side when the bonnet is popped open;
VERY confused :S it was fine yesterday and the car hasn't been anywhere
Use this ;)
The top bit lets you select how thick your MDF will be.
Play around with a few figures until you get the size you need
I made a "dummy box out of thick cardboard last night to make sure the box will fit where I want it before I cut any wood...
I'm replacing my rear seats and doorcards with a subtle but effective install :evil:
Dynamatt extreme is good, light and with an offer @ 30% off the stuff this summer you're laughing :)
Oh it's only a mad notion I've come up with - be a LONG way off if it is done at all.
Just looking into the pro's & cons of it now
How quick is the hybrid ? ;)
I'm into all sorts of music types and have recently got myself a 13" Focal sub and a set of Focal 6.5" components
Will be powered with a monoblock and a 4chnl bridged
How will that sound? :cool:
What would it cost to fit something like the 172 engine?
I'd need the petrol tank and fuel feed-lines too or would they be ok?
Would insuring it cost much extra than a standard 172 Clio ?
