URGENT Brake light Help Please

How do I disconnect the brake light connector on the dynamique spoiler ?

iirc a bit of the plastic lifts up and then you have to pull at the same time

use a small scremdriver if ur wee hands arent strong enough lift the plastic up so then u can wiggle the other bit out

i've been wanting to sound deaden my boot for a while, but its always something i put off as im a tight arse. blob of silicone on the two spoiler 'legs' would be helpful on mine as well
