Chrome ones are around £25 for a decent pair. You don't really wanna pay more than that really.

Cable type. When you remove the interior handle there will be a metal cable which goes into a circular metal block, the block fits into the back of the door handle. Easy to change over, just look at how they are, undo the cable & put it back in again (in the new handle) When re fitting, screw...
