Seriously, decent ones are thin on the ground now. I had one years ago & even then most that I looked at were utter cack, I dread to think what they are like now.
Plus as I said, most are complete money pits.
No other cars you fancy ?
My mate has them on his bmw (factory fitted) If they become dirty they are a complete pain as they randomly go off.
My md had them on his boxster s years ago, he was reversing while on the phone, he didn't hear the beeping & stuffed it into a bollard !
White themes work on most colour cars really. If you do go for white wheels, i'd say go with multi spokes & do them in white. They will look a lot better than the standard wheels.
- edit, like Has's old car, looks great.
Absolutely loads to look out for on them, more so now as they are getting on.
Tbh, if I was looking to buy a valver, unless it was a complete minter (i.e. not a money pit) I really wouldn't bother, i'd go for a 106 gti instead.
Have a search, loads of valver threads on here.
I know what you mean, mine comes out like that on a bad day.
Or I guess he has a cack camera too ?
I did ask what the reserve was on it, he said he'd not say, but the car is a good deal.
2.5 year bump, get in !!
My dad has it too on his 52 172, after it came back from renault from having the cambelt done the mpg as totally dropped down. He could get 45 mpg from it, now he's lucky to get 35 mpg:S same driving style & conditions etc.
He took it back to them & they claimed to...
B*tch in the front mates in the back - Fail !
This bit made me laugh,
THIS IS THE PROPER V6 REPLICA KIT - NOT THE CHEAP VERSIONS
Deary me !! It's awful.

Just browsing over on v6clio when I saw it posted up, so I thought i'd post it on here:)
In the best colour too ! :approve: I wonder if it's counted in Renaults figures as being one of the eight Illiad mk1's ? I never knew it existed tbh.
No doubt that CS valuations say it's worth...
Woah, great effort.
From looking at the car though I guess it was driven by a chav, probably driving with the gansta lean on, going to mayyyte 'watch this' just before binning it.
Five studs, won't fit.
I notice on that link that are called the superturismo GT, I guess that's a new version of the wheel as they are different to the normal super t's.
Just idiots trying it on as they probably know it's a 2.0 (or just assume it's a normal clio with two pipes out the back of it)
I get it sometimes in the vee too. My dad (with a mk2 172) gets it too.
With me people tend to see the car then automatically start driving like c0cks. The...
I saw saw my first ever FQ 400 last thursday round canary wharf, that one was silver too (never seen one on the road before) I like them :)
That vii is something else though :approve: !!

Import too (so no tracker fitted to it from the factory) He doesn't mention it's an import, just talks about the number on the plaque of it.
The calipers he mentions costing over £500 appear to be the standard items too.
Low mileage, but serviced every 1k ??? It took him 500 miles...
