Chassis rails are the best place to jack, only probs is if its a lowered clio theyre hard to get to so some people use the sills.

Hmmm, who's fitted the last few bearings? You can ruin a bearing before its even done a mile on the car, If its pressed in wrong or if the bearing isnt torqued correctly.

Some carb cleaner and a rag, think the throttle body is towards the bulkhead behind the inlet manifold you'll have to remove the airbox iirc..

Mk2 Ph2 could be, Throttle body needs cleaning , mounts.. Or iirc they have pencil coils, they fail all the time.

What dya mean it was broken?? If it was not sealing properley thatll cause your problem as the cooling system wont be pressurised (sp) Therefore it will boil over, throw the coolant out. Also seen a few BMW's (cant remember which specific engine) have problems with airlocks. New Bleed screw...
