Yep, if you have the same rolling radius as the normal size wheel & tyre you won't have a problem with the speedo, as said though in general most are 10% out in.
Not true at all. Some have numbers in their thousands, I looked at something like 1117, the ones with a high number are imports & don't have a tracker fitted to them.
