Screwing !! I hate poeple who do s**t like this.
My bro got his door done on his car last week, they made a really good job of it too, the tossers
I prefer the front end of the mk1 over the mk2 tbh, inside a mk2 is a lot better though.
I could have got a mk2, but i'm looking to change career, so I didn't want to leave my self a bit skint. My mk1 came up, it's mint as, so i'd have been daft to have passed it up.
What for?
A cambelt is circa 1k (or so) which is fine, i'll be getting it done soon, getting the water pump done too & a service as well while i'm at it.
A tank of fuel costs about £40
I only drive it at weekends, all's fine:)
:rasp: @ revels;)
I've always wanted one, and now i've got it i'm very happy. I'll only sell it for a rare coloured mk2.
With the v6 you either get the idea & want one, or you don't !
Well said edde, the build quality on mine is fine, mo shoddy panel gaps etc, i'm really happy with it.
I guess at the end of the day it depends on who built it though.
My mum & dad went to look at an 02 reg exclusive a while back, that was at Renault Ilford, it was probably the same car.
I've seen the other way round too, mk2 phase 2 clios (normal ones) on x reg plates etc.
True Dan, but it's very rare and shouldn't be touched (a bit like a williams imo) especially if the end result comes out like the one I took a pic of :dead:
It's because you registered back in 2004, but have only posted up 8 times - I realise now why your post count is so low, as you'd have had no need to come on here.
Are you on v6clio.net ?
You could run the 172 on 15's, just an idea ??
I've never experienced any probs at all driving my old mans 172, nor my vee (on private roads doing some speed)
