    Dr Jekyll's Ph1 172 Progress Thread

yeah will be good to see how it compares to other clios on the rollers, and see if those matched inlets have helped it breathe a bit better.

nice updates mark. the whiteline was new and probably only covered circa 2000 miles if that. i will be interested to see what power it makes too. felt a strong one to me.

dont like them de spoilered, has to be low level or mid level for me, not a fan of the high lever spoiler either. lol. im fussy that way. looks great in the pics, so refreshing to see an unmolested classic. just how they should be.

yeah still browse the classifieds when im bored seeing whats out there and stumbled across it. boy has had it for a few years but it hardly gets used i sent him a message spoke to him before on sidc he says he wants 4k minimum for it. top top money for a uk classic. is a really nice car though.

Also iv got strong affiliations with that car. Brought my son home from hospital after he was born in that car, remember it well, slowest I ever drove it.

The Impreza picture and discussion thread

It is. It's the same money I sold it for 6 years ago, lol. I'd say its worth 3500. Has Leda coilovers, big brakes, circa 275 bhp etc it's what I was looking for

My first scoob up for sale. Shame it wasn't 4 weeks ago I'd have bought it back. Loved this car, great spec and mint http://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-motorbikes/subaru-impreza-uk-turbo/1044062027

good stuff, make sure those rear arches are kept nice and clean too thats where they go first. 300bhp in a classic is perfect imo, they are light cars and thats more than enough power from my experience, especially when running those 2 pots brakes of yours. i still want another mint classic...

    My New Classic Sti

dont think the gains are that much on an sti compared to say a uk turbo. they are already 280 out the box, with a remap maybe 300bhp. the turbo is usually the limiting factor. been down this route so many times with classic imprezas, end up spending a fortune. you will need a decat downpipe...

    My New Classic Sti

Thought standard top mount was fine for at least 350bhp.
