At the end of the throttle cable is the throttle body. Inside that is a butterfly valve. It doesent need to be opened any further than it's rest position to start the car.

erm. The throttle cable and starting will be seperate issues. the tick over position of the throttle body has nothing to do with the cable.
Sounds to me like you possibly need to replace that cable. The non starter is a different problem, best get it plugged in to renault
Do you mean that the beam is deflecting the wrong way
has the car been damaged at the front end and repaired. Get some beam deflectors for it or something. The kind that the french would require for coming on holiday here
40mm gives a pretty crappy ride (as mentioned by someone here http://www.cliosport.net/forum/showthread.php?t=305781&highlight=16s)
go down 30mm on sportlines if you like to drive the car. Go down 40mm on apex springs if you like to look at it
but the new one looks awful compared to the old one. Just looking at it you can see that the centre of gravity will have gone up.
I'd go for the old one given the choice
good point about the tyres. If you can get performance road tyres then why can't you have performance panel filters? where do they draw the line.
I always declare.
But it's worth knowing that a stealth zorst can sometimes be a "replacement" rather than a mod.
