You can take the cast inlet off , I had a go at machining a k9k head ... The oil/water paths are to close to the inlet ports to make a surface for drill and tapping a proper inlet flange on.
Dont be put off tho, it's not as restrictive as you think. My rebuilt engine with the cylinder head...
Matt brown has informed me there's two others knocking about. Ones has been restored ( take years to do ) and another is being broken for parts.

i'm looking for around 200hp and around 350/400NM , probably could get allot more out of it, but it means going to the bosch common rail system, which if i can help it , i dont want to venture into that field. its a car that i want to be easy to tune and fix.

Signal yellow low is a solid colour like sunflower yellow
I would do it NATO green but IMO it'd ruin it after all the work to redo all the metal work.

Front windscreen rubber trim has seen better days, needs two new or better roof rail trims aswell as they're warped and brittle

i can vouch that the 65's and the 80's are different. ( for the euro 3's that is )
carwoods diesel specialists near me have flow tested a set of 65's and 80's. the 80's flow allot more.
the 100's flow the same as the 80's.
