You'll want a fused junction box if you're relocating the battery as well. Mount it near the stock battery location then run your cables to and from that. If you search battery relocation kits on eBay you'll see what I mean.

I would imagine the kill switch would be mounted on the negative side. If anything happened on the positive side, it could create a short to ground which isn't ideal.
