I personally have gone Omex on mine as i really like the ECU and the other features that can be mapped in, but can totally understand the massive appeal with Gen-90.

I'm on Omex management. So I can map the fueling to get it exactly right everywhere.
I doubt the standard injectors are good for much over 205bhp. As at 200bhp my injectors were at 96% duty cycle at 13.5:1afr on the rev limiter where it made peak power.

If you use a Ph1 bonnet catch, you dont need the engine mounts, The front off the RS2 in a good inch and a half out of halms way. It is more than fine with just the polyflex dogbone mount.
Fair play on the harness's/ bucket combo! It defiantly helped to reduce all your injuries.

The standard inlet is a similar design to the RS2. And what would a shitty old company like Cosworth know about tuning engine. ;)
