funny enough i had this, cleaned up the red lead on the battery and the dials stopped spazzing out on start up.
you really have to clean it properly, not just clean over with a cloth
they'll be built better ( SUPPOSEDLY ) to handle boost. maynot be interchangeable or can be. i havent got the spare time to find out LOL
the problem with the box would be the bell housing differences ( IF ) they might be the same. you'll have to do abit of research into it all.
havent a clue mate, not looked at the cross matched parts, i wouldnt want to put boost on a old 1.2 bottom end, could be a crying momment with parts all over the road. its not like a F4R- F4RT being cross match'able
i would think , putting the whole complete engine in would be better, less...
after market ecu will be needed. two totally different control systems.
i can be done but seems as noones done it before, your going in blind and may find lots of problems.
would be cool to see a swap. 182 injectors fit those engines aswell so, 130bhp 1.2 in a mk2 shell, will be keeping up...
remap it and leave it.
if its a clio dci 65 you can bolt on a dci80/100 intercooler and have it mapped.
bigger injectors - non that will fit the ports as of yet. can upgrade to a 80-100 injectors as both sets are more efficiant (sp )
egr delete ( will chuck out more crap )
decat.
list...
haha , the guy jumped abit when the car jumped up from auto shifting.
yeah, you'd expect some nicely fitted boss speaker/ sub in the boot, not a standard speaker in a plastic disk. atleast your more than happy with it putting out more power than book figures!
thats probably what that speaker is in the spare wheel plastics . sound generator ;)
had to laugh at the setting it up in auto then dsg paddle shift,
just pulled like a train!
