if in any way you are thinking about adding fuel cleaning additives after to your tank, i would say please buy a decent brand. the cheap and chearful stuff really is cheap and cheerful watered down crap.

the same old DCI, just spent a mad amount of hard earned cash on a zero miles engine ( new ) injectors ect.

just had a laugh today, recon'd engine came for the dci, turned it over by...
depends on how bad, some need changing - ie new caliper or yours refurbed
then the odd few can be worked back in and out to free them up again, depending on if the piston leaks through its seals or not
cant really hear it from the video.
i know my old mans focus tdci has a really bad squeak that comes and goes. never found out the problem.
checked to see if anything touching the belts ?
hold on, just read you put 57 plate, might be different, yours sounds like the type that have the magnets like you said.
they can be damaged if not correctly pressed in. AND if put in the wrong way around the same.
ring of magnets on one side only.

eh? your abs works off the abs pick up ring. bearings have nothing to do with the abs system :S
any visable damage to the abs wiring/sensor or abs ring?

right lads, taking my engine out in a few weeks for a new one, i fancy polishing all the aircon , boost, engine mounts ect. what cutting compound/polishing compound do you's recommend ?
