> whilst car is on the ground, crack off ( loosen ) drivers side hub nut and wheel bolts

100 inter cooler is better of the lot ;) but are literally gold dust to get hold of. DCI 80 IC's are common as muck, shared on the kangoo's.
Turbo's are the same apart from the 100's so I wouldn't worry
I will say tho, ghetto de-catting was amazing but having a custom pipe made was much...
Surprisingly they don't smoke allot more. But yes abit more gain, turbo is more free to spins so lagg is reduced' ie quick throttle response. Other than that, it's all turbo whistle noises
Mixture of 10mm sockets and ring spanners. 2 at the top in view, 2 below the cat bend but still on the square flange.
some of the nuts will not come off on there own, instead they might bring the stud out with them aswell. Just remember when fitting it all back,to do those four first as you...

decatting a dci , ie ghetto de-cat smashing the insides of the cat out is easy. getting the cat out is fun, drive shaft out to get the cat out, only easy way.
you cannot fully remove the egr , you can bypass it, but the egr must stay plugged in or the ecu will...
yupp, but for what its worth in the long run, woth me possibly going to be doing over 1k miles a week soon, and my little brother having this car when he passes, a reconed engine seems better. going on, i dont know what will fail next as this car has fallen apart quicker than i can fix it.
i...
we've figured it, the fuel pump cannot dieliver enough cranking pressure to start without help and thus still not full pressure caulsing the ecu to fire the injectors wrongly.
at this rate, looking at it, its easier to get a second had lowish millage engine with a pump attached as apposed to...
