FFS as if people are criticising picking up an MX5 which would be under £2k easily, probablyy nearer £1k, and saying they'd buy a Z4/Boxster instead! Even a Z3 is far more money than a tiday Mk1 mx5, and a decent Boxster is £5k+ minimum, there are some for less but they are dogs.
Back on topic...
Looking good mate. Finally took the hard top off ours last night and I forgot how good it looked with the roof down, and how much fun it was to drive with the roof down to!
As above. Being young and new driver mods will likely increase your premiums a lot. Not declaring voids your insurance in the event of a claim so not worth not declaring.
If you've done the above then eibach sport lines work well on standard shocks and would be where my money was going.
You lose everything you don't really need. As long it has air con option you genuinely don't feel you are missing anything IMO. You just keep a couple grand in the bank ;-)
Never understood the hatred towards 197 cups on here. The interior imo is at least equal the quality of the interior of a 182, and how often do you really adjust your wing mirrors to need electric ones?
Sure if the price was the same for 2 cars of similar age/milage/condition etc then you'd go...
I had the recaros and tbh dont think they are worth the hassle (they wear prematurely on the bolsters), standard seats are excellent.
R27 will possibly hold value better than a cup.
R27s and 197cups all have the later gearbox iirc, certainly cups do.
Where does it say try will swap handsets mid contract?
The 32gb is twice the monthly cost mrs duck pays, although hers is a two year contract, so overall cost the same. The handset was free and she owns it so will get money back when she upgrades or buys a new phone.
