You're too late for stand passes now mate, if you've already paid for them and have them then yes, you can put your mates 172 on instead and you use his normal car parking ticket.

I bought some H&R's for my 197 yesterday, I've heard nothing but good things about them and £140 new (on eBay) for all four seems reasonable enough! Will you be bringing this to FCS this weekend?

AFAIK, you get 7 day 'cool off' periods, sometimes 14. They are charging you for a service you are not able to use though so I believe there is grounds there for cancellation.
