You should be covered by insurance to drive in Europe under your normal car insurance, excluding the Ring.
European cover with the AA or similar will also be enough. Just make sure it includes repatriation (bringing the car home all the way)
If you crash on the ring, it'll cost you.
If you break down on the ring, it'll cost you.
If you drop fluids on the ring, it'll cost you.
Apart from that you're good to go.
Yeah mate 40° wash will be fine.
Have to be careful with some powders, if they don't fully dissolve they can get trapped in the pile of the microfibre and potentially scratch the paint.
Tumble dry them on low heat too. High heat melts the fibres. Helps bring back their static properties too...
The anthracite ones only come in et43 and the white ones are et38 as Brigsy said.
You could fit 5mm spacers to the et43 ones to achieve the same offset as the white ones.
