Hi, I have seen threads on this before but I was wondering if someone could enlighten me to what cable I would need to keep all steering wheel controls working with an aftermarket head unit?
Also, is there any way to keep all of the display at the top. (Station, time, temperature)
Cheers,
Lee
Hi guys - recently bought my 197 - when I stop the car and park up, smoke (looks white/clear as opposed to blue/black) comes out of one side of the exhaust for a good 10/15 minutes.
I took this in to a garage next to work and he said he can't see anything wrong but I thought I'd ask you guys if...
The company I work for, the boss has just bought a bulk selection of Micro SD cards.
We have been told these are "expandable" and the capacity varys from 4gb to 32gb.
Could someone explain this to me please? I don't understand what determines how much you get from the memory card?
Thanks,
Lee
Cheers guys - going to have a read through your post on c197 now Knuckles.

I'll double check etc.

Hi guys, I'm looking to buy a new vehicle on the weekend. I would be travelling 5 hours to see it.
Say for example I bought it there and then, how would I go about insurance? Is there a "day insurance" kind of company, enough for me to get it home and then go from there?
Cheers
The garage have that car back in today and they've said it's the drum stick between the steering rack and the trackrod end and that he's been quoted £26.80 for parts.
Sound correct?
I've just text the guy saying it's an expensive fix, is he going to knock some money off and his reply is;
"it's not the ball joint because I bought one for about £8 and had to take it back because it was play in the end of the steering arm or something. I got quoted £80 for parts to have it...
