The apex arent as bad as people make out. They're rock hard, with no body roll, and the handling will feel slightly flat and lifeless, but some people like that. Good ride height on them. They will create rattles though, you'll get rattles like never before within a few days.

The standard ducts are a bit hit and miss with moulding. I had mine extended to fit the gaps better. Bit of sealant around the outside makes them fit flush too. Be careful with the deflector plates if you run much camber, as they'll hit the inside of the tyres on lock. I ran without the...

Im with Dan on this. Buckets and harnesses... supercars dont have them, a 2 litre clio doesnt need them. Can always refit the night before a track day in about half an hour.
