So you've tried a wired connection? Check DevMgr to make sure drivers are up to date? Try erasing all network profiles, and rejoining then!

You can pay for a new one or torrent one and use a script like RemoveWAT.

If you're installing a new os, make susure you install it over the current operating systems partition and make sure you use OEM software disc from your manufacturer (Toshiba) as it will contain all the drivers.
