Mate i would keep your corsa c, The clio's are quite unreliable and the standard non-sport models dont look that good, where as the corsa's look alright. But it's your choice!!

Use a silicone exhaust sealant as the exhaust moves slightly and will break up the puttys and stuff you can get in halfords! Pop into your local kwik fit, they did mine for a fiver! Sorted!!

The alternator is fine, the battery was 5 years old and probably just knackered itself out! All better now!

Its OK i got a new one in Kwik Fit for £65 with 3 years garuntee! plus they tested the battery and alternator!! The battery was unservicable according to their machine! LOL. Its just strange how a battery just dies, usuially the car shows signs like taking a while to start and stuff!!

Ok went out to my car just now and go to open the car with the remote, NOTHING.? so i try to open the car and its open, put the key into the ignition and nothing, not even tick over, as i hold the key upwards in the ignition barrel, the lights on the dash start flickering and the dial needles go...
