For the turinis? erm mine just came in the box with all the wheel nuts. I imagine its specific to the bolts you have on the car, probably best take a trip down to the parts department.

I bought one and mounted it in the boot with industrial strength velcro - has never slipped. And if i need the boot it just comes out. Once you have the correct lead for the headunit its blatently obvious where it plugs in to it.

lots of speeding tickets are 99mph as opposed to 100, because of all the extra paperwork that goes with 100 mph tickets aparently.
