Good brakes are cheapest way to go faster. Ds2500 pads, brembo discs, braided lines. Following that, good suspension. Any of the engine stuff etc will make very little difference in the real world. Exhaust will make the car feel faster. Decat will improve responsiveness. Same for induction...
