I left my arch liners in and just rubbed through them. Doesnt take long :P Would rarely rub on the little metal bit and was very low.

Your car is pretty low, and the wheels you have fitted have a wider offset than the car is meant to have fitted (guessing ph1's came with a plus 40 offset like other models) They'll probably scrub mate, id stick with 195's.
