The burpspeed guys run F1's on the race car. Not as bad as their made out to be imo. More likely to buckle them on public roads full of potholes than hitting a few raise kerbs enthusiastically on track.

There's a noise limit? WTF? I had no idea there was an actual legally defined limit. I assume older cars pre-cat laws are exempt?

Exhaust mod you're right. Only the /// model. Sorry! Misread previously. It's the same one they do on the s2000's. Eta. I had no idea you could golf tee the zed lol! You can also use a self taper rob! Then just tape over the end. Only active at low revs so will sound good on idle and town...

There is a silencer partial bypass mod you can do mate. I'll dig it out when not on my phone. Might be of interest.
