F4RT with ND0 box for all intents and purposes wont fit (and before anyone says it, yes Fred got one in but never got it running)
As for fitting the head etc to a none 197 F4R block, I couldnt say. I would imagine it would fit th block, but if it would fit the bay and if it would run on a 172...
Halfords have 3 for 2 on AG stuf iirc.

Think they do a half decent lambswool mitt for not much so one of those. They sell the Autoglymm drying towel / synthetic shammy which is pretty good...

As Danny said, the inlets should be re-worked, infact to do get the best result material needs adding to the inlet in places! Obviously thats not possible, but simply smoothing the poor finish...
