The best thing you can do to be honest. The worst would be sticking cheap nasty coilovers on it. It will drive like new.

Id replace it then sell it on ebay after it was repaired and advertise the fact it has been repaired. I wouldn't run it on track due to the extra loads and temperatures, the repair also induces a weak point. Some people would run it and that allows you to get some money back by selling it on.

Just get them refurbished. Ring H&R they other a rebuild service as do all other suspension guys and most motorsport teams.

s**t me, its not unheard of for people to bolt the stub axle on the wrong side of the axle!

The ARB and bushes have a spring stiffness that needs to be overcome. Simple with a leaver bar.

You need to change the front shocks with both front wheels off the floor otherwise you are fighting the ARB. What is the bolt spacing in the shocks you bought.
