Nip it up initially to 7nm iirc, turn over 6 times and check tension. Final torque to 28nm.

This is what it sounds like from inside with the rear seats removed on track.

Unless you drive like you do on the track on the road, then they are probably pointless for the road.

I like it. It has a straight through centre section though, so it's louder than the stock Milltek.

I did a test at Anglesey last year with the whiteline disconnected on one side and you can clearly see from this picture how much deflection there is between the bar and it's mounting link.

Uprated exhaust manifolds are very expensive and only really worth it if you're going high comp/big power N/A say with throttle boddies. Quite a lot go for full system with decat, obviously come MOT time you'll need a cat. I'm happy with my Milltek system that came with the car. The Scorpion...

I'm sure when I watched mine being done a few years ago that the engine was turned over via the crank pulley. Could be wrong though.
