Switch to a set of turini's, get braided lines, dot 4 fluid and brembo max discs with ds2500 pads.
You wont get fade on road, and compared to the standard set-up they're worlds apart.

you've already destroyed one splitter, the ktec ones are meant to be pretty brittle plastic. At least the standard ones take a few knocks before they go.
Lol, the only person thats said you need bigger discs in this thread is you.
The replies have come from those that do multiple track days a year, and those running clio's with lots of power, yet you still think you need bigger discs for road use.

The magic is in the brake cooling fella. For what you've described id get some venting run to your brakes. These things have made the single biggest difference to my brake fade...

The answer is yes.
Still could be a little hole in the exhaust mate, as this might only show when the engine is under a heavy load.
Try it on some ramps to rule this out.
Does it happen at any speed, or just motorway speeds?
