Have you been listening to a gentleman who goes by the name of 300bhp/ton who roams the pistonheads forum suggesting bottomless american money pits in place of reasonable modern coupes? If so, hats off to you sir!! I am well impressed, such a random purchase!! :D
Oh. No idea on wheel size sorry lol!
I'll dig out a pic, one sec...

Sorry, best I have, thought I had something closer (hope you don't mind Adam)... :(
No idea on your wheel size.
Lol, exactly how I justified mine. Best car I could buy for the money that fitted the bill...
Not a dig at you in any way, but in my opinion the same can be said for the other way round with young guys in "nicer" cars. (not saying it doesn't aply to us 22year old hatchback driving charvers...
Very true. First time the worst bit was getting the old exhaust off, in the dark lol.
I had this with mine (assuming your centre/cat join was hanging low). Actually refitted it with rear wheels on ramps and then used the trolley jack to align the joint and has been fine since.
Just to add to...
Re: Girl's reaction's to your Clio sports?
Identical to my GF right down to the F1's. Thinks I look like a Chav and complains it is too low, but appreciates what a good little car it is. Likes the drive and drove next to me on the motorway a few weeks back and said it looked really nice...
Oh...
Me RS192 Cat Back:
Noise when driving steady - At 30 a low grumble, noticably more than standard but no heads turn to look as you go past. At 70 constant throttle on flat motorway fairly quiet, uphill or under more load it drones in the cabin. On the overrun from 90 down to 60 is pretty...
Rich, there is a really good winter storage guide on the S2000 UK forum, I'll see if I can dig it out. Not sure if it was for inside or outside but basically a breathable but waterproof cover if possible and leave the windows cracked all the time I think...
If they are very tight on the front struts (i.e. catching on the damper) the wheel offset may be wrong. I think this could potentially be solved by spacing them out and away from the struts.
You won't find many on here with 18" wheels unfortunately/fortunately.
I love the supercharged whine but I don't think I could live with the MPG. GF just got an R56 and it is really good on fuel and suits her style of driving down to the ground (small turbo = power pretty much everywhere across the revs)...
Just replaced mine with modified powerflex exh008 poly mounts. Sits perfect when cold but when it gets hot, the tips do tend to point down a little as you are describing. I completely understand what you mean with regards to the exhaust needing to pivot upwards from the back boxes...
I'll get...
The new system fitting will depend on if you have chopped off the flanged join on the original cat. This will determine if you need a new system with a centre pipe that has a straight end or a flared end.
If you have chopped the flange joint off the cat and welded a straight pipe in place, you...
Yeah the helicopter one has been 'shopped. Glad it's not beyond recognition. I was trying to shoot it in the dark... but gave up after chasing it around the room for 10 minutes. So instead shot it under light and edited in photoshop. I'll post the original up when I get a mo so you can see how...
