Haha knew I shouldn't have stoked (read poured petrol all over) the embers of that one... As far as I know Rokkor are a sister branding of Raceland so if they sold up their stock then I assumed that this would have disappeared too.
I wouldn't rule out the sigma and tamron. I am looking at them myself. Few 24-70 2.8's on ebay but all out of the £200 price range.
My nifty 50 was the first and only "upgrade" lens I have purchased since buying my camera and it has been superb!! :D
Had a play tonight, not sure if I have grasped the concept of "Negative space" so I'm still going to try and shoot a sunrise over the next few days. Feedback (on what is left of these) would be appreciated...

Can't believe this! Just seen the for sale thread!!
Very tempted to sell my 182 for it. As said you could easily brake off £1500-2k worth of parts I'm sure and someone would still have one of the best kept Clio's on here!
In the bedroom: brakelines, A pillars, diamond, dash strips, wheel bolts and exhaust mounts. The garage is for all the big stuff, wheels and tyres, cleaning bits etc...
^ Indeed the one I was referring to. That 1.8T engine was incredibly tidy. Circa 300bhp so I bet it goes like stink :D
Good luck with this one, I'll keep an eye on this, really cool project!
Yeah underneath the rear view mirror box attached to the screen. That's the guide I followed and my sensor had clouded over. I took it off, baby wiped lol, and then put the Gel on top before sticking it back together.
Seems to have improved it no end. They are still not perfect, but before hand...
^ Yeah the guides are still knocking about on here. Very easy to follow as well, only difficulty you may encounter is undoing the top mounts. Other than that it is like lego...
