If you leave it un-insured on your driveway with and it isn't sorned then it will pop up on the DVLA computer and they will come and crush it (IIRC)

You can take some spacers from the passenger seat to may it sit lower. I had a powerflow exhaust on mine, you can specify how loud you want them. The handling is horrible with 17" wheels.
