Clio 182 Cup
Afternoon all, I'm new to the forum.. Only had my clio about a month now, but its causing quite a few problems..Its just had its timing belt & vanos/dephaser pulley done, quite a job as I'm sure your all aware.. All the timing belt pulleys were done at the same time, but now it sounds as if one of the pulleys is starting to collapse, could be one of the ones that is driven off the alternator belt.. Was just wondering if the water pump is driven off the timing belt or not?My 2nd problem is my drivers side xenon, it went out 2 weeks ago, started flickering then just went out.. Comes on for 20 minutes here & their, still flickering, then goes out again.. Its not the bulb, but could possibly be the ballast pack, or dodgy earth, I've seen posts where people have had the exact same problem, but no solution? Anyone any ideas?My 3rd problem is my steering rack, when it starts to get near the end of full right lock, it gets very tight, as if their is a tight spot in the rack or the power steering stops working? Has anyone else had this problem before I buy a new rack? I've only presumed it could be a rack? But might be a power steering problem..My 4th and last are my brakes.. Their terribly poor, when I press the brakes next to nothing happens, stopping distance from 30mph is ridiculous.. I've had the brakes off, cleaned the pads & discs, both have a lot of life left in them. I also bled the brakes, but none of this made any difference.. Possibly a brake master cylinder? I'm puzzled..Any help would be much appreciated, Cheers David
