Ok got ya! That's unusual, I assume the noise was extra induction noise. As below it will need to be glued back in with araldite/liquid metal. wont cause any problems it could just spray a bit of oil mist

Wanna bet! 215+bhp and 250lbft against what 200-210 ish and 170 lbft It won't have 245bhp with that spec, simply because of the moutune map. If it had Finsport or Revo and those hardware mods it would be 245-255bhp

Ry I've looked through my paint depth sheets for your 200 and yes it did have a repair. Also remember me showing you the signs of overspray in the NSF wheel arch/liner. Sadly as Scott said Ren won't touch it.
