I find it much better than my 5 although I'm not entirely sure why. It's just much nicer to use with the slightly larger size. The lock button on my 5 being broken did contirbute to how much better it feels though.

1. Afraid I'm not sure on the optical audio but mines plugged in with just the hdmi and plays sound through the tv. I presume if your tv played through a sound system it would play through that. 2. It connects via wifi, I occasionally have it drop out for no reason so I have a Ethernet cable...

I unlocked the buzzsaw the other day.. It's incredible, I don't actually use it all the time as it just destroys everything and almost makes it too easy. It's perfect for the juggernaut style guys though, takes them out like they aren't wearing any armour.

I think I'll make the effort. I haven't got anything planned so a drive out to Oxford-ish area seems like a good idea. Especially if I can have a nosey at Cubs now supercharged flamer.

Spent an hour on this last night and it proved it'll be just as fun as far cry 3. Got out of the prologue and within 5 minutes I'd stopped to save people from an eagle and then got attacked by a rhino who flipped my truck over.

Under an hour to get there so I don't have much problem with the location. I'd be up for it!

I'm Bedford but I think this is probably the closest sub region to me. Should be closer than the meets over in bury st edmands anyway so I'll keep an eye out.

I'm also having trouble. It wouldn't work without a VPN, which I've set up. It now takes an age to load anything and won't work with AirPlay. Looked a very good app at first :(

Sounds like they announced it to the investors but asked them not to speak about it until there is a press conference or similar. I'd say it looks pretty much certain

Not sure about all of them but there is a list on the project cars website of the wheels that work with 5 or 6 thrustmaster wheels listed, those will definitely have the chip.

If you've got a thrustmaster wheel you should be fine. Anything else and your screwed.

I now hate reading about this game. It sounds so brilliant but knowing I won't be able to use my (bloody expensive!!) g27 with it is really putting me off. Everything is looking so promising with it but I can't see that playing with a controller is going to be anywhere near as good

Cookies post from the project cars thread explains it, g27 doesn't have a chip so won't work.

Project cars does at least look very good, provided I can get my steering wheel workig with it then I reckon I'll be spending a lot of time with that game

As nice as that blue is, I'm really not sure it makes the civic look good. So much better in red.

Had an Audi A1 Quattro come past me on the m4 a few weeks back. Looked a lot better in the flesh. Actually quite liked it!

Sadly it's modded in NO way! Vauxhall actually made that car for a short while. I don't think it sold very well funnily enough. I saw one the other day so had a look into it as I also wondered why someone would chop the roof off a Corsa

Maybe that will be the new way to get games early! I remember the days where nearly every game I preordered would come 1 or 2 days early. Seems they've sorted out posting things to arrive on release day.
