Re: Sachs unpin’d, Koni rears and Mark Fish Springs
between 20 and 24 clicks Id say for the Road. I check mine the other day and they are set at 27. At slow speed it is a little giggly but still very good in the bumpy roads of the Isle of Man.
It doesnt matter where the pullys are as the horseshoe tells you if the timing it out, also the flywheel should line up with the 0 mark on the gearbox. Do you have the 3rd tool?
R26.R's and the occasional GT3 are always good fun to overtake. ;)
Cheers, how are the brembos coming along?
Its only £999, get it done. Brings the trophy alive ;) When you taking your T on track?
Update!!!!!
Right then guys, been a while I know but big things have happened!
During the summer, I came across some very reasonably priced Wilwood 4pot brakes (cheers Meek :P) I am running them with Brembo HC disks and Ferodo DS3000s pads. The brakes are brilliant, very cool to look at and...
DS3000 are a more aggressive version of the 2500. They are a proper race pad, need warming up, eat disks and the dust ruins wheels and body work if its not washed regularly.
Tweaks are cheap for Ferodo ;)
Re: Is your clio sport for racing or polishing?
I use it as a car. Its the most expensive thing I've ever bought so I like to look after mechanically and cosmetically. It gets used on track and as a daily.
